INHERENT RISK That's what they call the "Right to Race" legislation that protects track owners and race organizers from lawsuits from willing participants, "by acknowledging that certain risks cannot be eliminated or fully managed," according to the AMA. It's now the law in both Texas and Arkansas, as well as the subject of recently introduced bills in Indiana, Michigan, and several other states.
TEAM USA The girls are alright! WMX stars Lachlan "LaLa" Turner, Jamie Astudillo, Mayla Herrick, and Jordan Jarvis brought home the victory at the 3rd Annual Oceania Women's Motocross Cup in Australia, with Turner leading the way with 1-1 moto finishes. Congratulations to these very fast girls, as well as Team USA manager Christina Denney!
