Reason For Being

Maybe 15 years ago, I did an interview for Racer X Online with an aspiring privateer who also happened to play music. He told me one of his goals was to someday compete in a round of AMA Supercross and then maybe do a gig down on the podium afterward. His name was Daniel Blair, and the name of his band was Main Event. I remember him saying something to the effect of, “We want to be part of the soundtrack of supercross.”
