Kyle Peters The new Lord of the (Smaller) Rings notched his fourth Kicker AMA Arenacross Championship in dominant fashion aboard his Phoenix Racing Honda. The North Carolinian now has his sights on World Supercross after inking a deal with the Italy-based Giacomo Gariboldi Honda team, where he hopes to challenge Max Anstie for the MX2 crown before returning to the U.S. to defend his AX title next winter.
CHAMBERS Jack Chambers got an unexpected chance to join Steve Dixon’s British Kawasaki team on the MX2 FIM Motocross World Championship tour. After just a few hours on the bike he finished an impressive 13th overall in the MXGP of Switzerland. But one week later in Italy Chambers didn’t score a point, finding out how quickly things can change on the other side of the moto world. Still, it’s cool to have an American over there racing the Grand Prix circuit.
