Atlanta Skies
For the first time in 30 years, the Atlanta Supercross took place in a venue that didn’t have a roof, and Atlanta Motor Speedway offered some amazing late-afternoon lighting for riders like Rockstar Energy Husqvarna’s Jason Anderson. Before this year’s tripleheader, the last time the elements were part of the supercross equation was way back in 1992, the final race at Fulton County Stadium, which was demolished five years later. Fortunately, other than a deluge before ATL 1, the rains stayed away from the speedway.
