Oh Brothers!

Hunter Lawrence’s 450 AMA Pro Motocross career was exactly one race old when it was time to add yet another milestone to the record books involving the Lawrence brothers, as Hunter finished second to little brother Jett in the 2024 season opener at Fox Raceway. The Lawrences are now the only brothers to have placed first and second in a 450 national, Jett leading the way. A month earlier they became the first to finish 1-2 in a 450 supercross main event, and of course they already did that in both 250SX and MX. They are also the first brothers to have swept both classes at an outdoor national, which they did seven different times last summer as Jett was on his way to the 450 title, and Hunter to the 250 title.
