To this day Sunshine State MX is a hidden gem, when riders come they won’t want to share it. The Novak family came upon the vacant track back in 2019. For a while after some work, it was a kept secret to just have fun riding and living it. But then came to realize with dirt like this, it is to be shared with the public! Rob and Theresa partnered up with Mr. Wade (the Sunshine Sheriff) and Murphy family, who runs the kart racing side.
With the right experience and equipment, the constant play and work of dirt, digging and added mixtures, along with the good MX people, Sunshine State MX has had over tens of thousands of tire tracks and repetitive riders that have ridden here in Jasper, Florida! As we continue to grow, we added more RV hookups and a gym space as well. The SSMX crew is thankful to offer open public practice, training options, and fun race events as time and availability allows. The track runs seasonally and is only open on select weekends.
