The Years Without an Anaheim
Anaheim, California has long been synonymous with supercross. Ever since the first official AMA Supercross at Angel Stadium back in December of 1976, the venue has been a popular stop on the annual schedule, sometimes with as many as three rounds of the series taking place on the home turf of Major League Baseball’s Angels franchise. In fact, this year’s two January rounds marked the 83rd and 84th time Monster Energy Supercross has raced under the Big A.
