Red Bull KTM’s Marvin Musquin wrapped up the 2015 250SX East championship within eyeshot of the Statue of Liberty, another gift from France. Marvin made a seamless transition to racing in the US and our motocross fans embraced his speed, style, and competitive fire. Marvin won’t have much time to celebrate with Hangtown’s gate patiently awaiting the boys of summer, but we just had to catch up and add our congratulations.
Our sport loves a comeback story and seeing TwoTwo Motorsports’ Josh Grant overcoming an early season ankle injury and back up to speed is a great one for the fans this year. Josh has really been hitting his stride lately and is peaking perfectly for the start of the outdoors. As a matter of fact, just reserve some wallpaper space on your computer this summer for some of Josh’s pancake-flat whips and eye candy that will certainly be captured. Also, check out www.HLTNco.com for some original threads and positive vibes!
I got goose bumps and a bit of a lump in my throat when I watched Racer X Films’ recent piece on Monster Energy’s Wil Hahn back on the bike preparing for the outdoors. We all know what Lil’ Wil has been through recently and his perseverance and positive attitude are inspiring. We always love catching up with the tattooed wonder from Kansas and can’t wait to see him back at the races.
