J Day Offroad is very excited to announce Southwick (MX338) as the final stop of the 2014 Wideopen J Day Offroad GP season! Southwick (MX338) will be the location of the race on Saturday, November 1. This is the first race Southwick (MX338) has held in two years.
The Legendary Southwick facility is known across the country for its four decades on the AMA Professional Motocross Circuit. Southwick is referred to as the fastest sandbox in the country and JDay is looking to keep that reputation alive!
The track owner recently acquired a neighboring property with acres of loamy pine forests; perfect for fast and flowing JDay trails. We expect this to be a legendary round with racers coming from all parts of the east coast. Mark your calendars for the race of the year!
Podium Powersports, a full service parts and accessory shop in Middleboro, MA will be sponsoring the J Day Offroad season finally for the third year in a row. We expect the entire Podium Powersports team to be at the race contending for moto wins and offering tech/parts support.
The 2014 Wideopen J Day Offroad season is wrapping up with back to back to back races! This weekend we’ll be racing in Lanesborough, MA for the MSR Mohawk GP on October 19, followed by the Cliffs Cycles Paradise GP in Greenfield, MA on October 26 and the season finale at Podium Powersports Southwick GP in Southwick, MA on November 1!
