The inspiration behind the helmet really comes from a variety of components. Each of these components symbolize the racer and person he was in life. First and foremost, the bottom portion of the helmet includes all the race sanctions to which Kurt participated successfully. On the back of the helmet you'll find an airbrushed animation of Captain America. This nickname was given to Kurt as he was the Captain of the ISDE 6 Day Team and the top American to compete in the event, annually. At the top of the helmet, suurounded by bright beams of light, sits the Caselli 66 logo. On both sides, you'll find quotes that Kurt seemed to live by. This helmet is truly one of a kind.
