Travis Pastrana has taken his legion of fans on one helluva ride around the world during his impressive and insane multi-disciplined racing career. Travis has traded in the pavement for the more familiar dirt once again, and will be slinging his Red Bull Trophy Truck around this summer in several select off-road racing events, including the legendary Baja 1000. We have a ton to cover tonight because TP is also contesting the Rally America Championship this year along with growing the popular Nitro Circus on a global scale. We always enjoy catching up when that crazy schedule allows!
JGR’s Jeremy “J-Bone” Albrecht and their team was featured last weekend in the gripping Behind the Dream series by Troy Adamitis and his crew. It highlighted their desire to reach that next level and showed there is not a more prepared or driven team in the pits. Jeremy is well-respected in the pits for a reason, and we’ve admired his commitment throughout some trying years as he continues towards that goal.
Jason Weigandt has been in mourning after he heard about the passing of the Ultimate Warrior last week. The legendary wrestler was one of Weege’s heroes -- not childhood -- like, until recently. It’s just fortunate that the next SX race is coming back to home state of New Jersey to help distract him. We’ll cover all that and more with our honorary third host here at DMXS.
