Press Release
Rockstar Beursfoon Suzuki team is happy to announce Michael Leib will be heading back to Europe to compete in the remainder of the MX2 Grand Prix races and some Dutch Nationals.
“My SX season ended early. At Anaheim 2 [Joey] Savatgy crashed on the first lap of the main and collected up myself, [Ryan] Sipes and [Max] Anstie. I broke the ulna bone in my left forearm in that crash and it has taken longer that expected to heal,” said Leib. "My dad and I have been preparing to race the AMA Nationals here and I have been talking with Beursfoon for a while.“It has been a difficult decision but I decided that I would go back to Europe and take care of some unfinished business. The team at Beursfoon is first class and I think we can give the factory-backed teams a good run,” said Leib. “I have a lot of work ahead of me being off of the bike nearly four months now, although I plan to end the 2013 season with a bang. Excited for what is to come.”
