Holeshot device, a spring loaded plunger that locks front fork down until they hit first bump. Keeps front end lower off start.

I think you are looking at the transponder mounted to the top of the fork leg. That is what tracks the riders and provides the electronic scoring. Every rider has one.

Transponder for sure. I am excited about this year more than the last few seasons. We have a bunch of riders wanting to get the championship and can earn the championship. Can't wait until Saturday for my next fix. I am jonesing already.
