We’re into Loretta’s season (the Monster Energy AMA Amateur National Motocross Championship), which is still where names are made and rides are earned. It might appear that events like the Scouting Moto Combines and Supercross Futures (now together under the umbrella term SMX Next) will take the place of Loretta’s on the prestige scale, but really, you need both types of events to really make the system work.
