The annual speculation game has already begun as to who Roger De Coster should pick to represent Team USA at the FIM Motocross of Nations, which is set for September 26 in Mantova, Italy, after being canceled altogether last year due to COVID-19 restrictions. This time the race will be held just two weeks after the last round of Lucas Oil Pro Motocross, which makes it hard for anyone to use the excuse that they don’t want to stay in race shape for an extra five or six weeks after the last national. And with no Monster Energy Cup this year (and the chance to win a million-dollar bonus), that excuse won’t fly either.
