This year I skipped the Atlanta Supercross to attend MotoGP’s Red Bull Grand Prix of the Americas, at the Circuit of the Americas (COTA) in Austin, Texas. I’ve never attended a MotoGP event, nor gone to COTA,

which are kinda bucket-list items when you cover racing for a living. MotoGP, just for clarification, is the brand name of the FIM World Road Racing Championship. It’s motorcycles on pavement. That’s quite a bit different than what we normally watch.
