Zach Osborne’s old sand pit made Brandon Haas’ dream come true: a fully functioning training facility and professional race team

There’s a sign on the way to ClubMX that started it all. Not the actual ClubMX signs, or the ones that congratulate riders like Justin Brayton, Phil Nicoletti, or Kyle Peters on winning titles while training there. It’s the Sand Hill MX sign, a mile away. Sand Hill is a defunct motocross track, but Zach Osborne raced there every weekend. After practice, he would cruise up a dirt road on a pit bike to hit a nearby sand pit. Zach dreamed of owning that pit someday. He got his wish, but the reality of what became ClubMX is a whole lot bigger than he ever imagined.
