Back when I was a kid, my sister was all into blaring hair-band rock throughout the house. Because she was my sister, I, of course, couldn’t be cool with that. My favorite jam was motocross, and I knew that someday this sport would grow and eclipse rock music in popularity. Stores would be jammed with moto merchandise instead of Bon Jovi posters and shirts. MTV would morph into Moto Television. The Grammy Awards would be replaced on TV by a season-ending supercross banquet. “We” would go big. “We” would be mainstream.
