When most think of Baja, they think of dry, cactus-filled desert stretching out before them. They’re a little mistaken. Baja is the land of plenty: plenty of waves on the coast, plenty of seafood in the water, plenty of empty and awaiting trails, and plenty of taco stands and cervezas interspersed between it all.
