We were up each morning at the crack of, well, mid-morning. We had an awesome breakfast in the beautiful hunting lodge where we were staying. We kitted up and stepped outside to see five brand-new Triumph Tigers, ready to roar around the scenic dirt roads and trails that crisscross Northern Michigan. It was like being a factory rider, only we were going on an adventure tour. But we did have a former factory rider leading the way: Michigan’s own Jeff Stanton, the six-time SX/MX champion, was our host. And like everything he’s done in his life—husband, father, racer, coach, businessman—he was doing it right.
