Monster Energy Kawasaki announced on Twitter that Josh Grant will not race tonight at round seven of Monster Energy Supercross in Arlington, Texas, due to a right lower leg injury sustained during timed qualifying.

Details are scare at the moment, but the team said Grant will undergo further evaluation this week to determine the extent of the injury.

Grant qualified 17th earlier today.
