Hussey, Gulley Win at Nitro AX Tour in Lebanon
Lebanon, MO – Kyle Hussey led from holeshot to checkers in the 450 Pro class and posted his fifth victory out of seven events attended in the Arctic Cat Nitro Arenacross Tour at the Cowan Civic Center in Lebanon, MO. The Gulley boys, Aaron and Adam split wins in the 250 Pro classes.
250 Pro Main Event Saturday Night
Adam Gulley claimed the holeshot and set the pace for the 250 Pro Main Event. The pack sent Brett Cue wide in the first turn and Cue went down hard and was in obvious pain. Sean Hackey locked up the breaks to avoid giving Cue a tire track tattoo and that put him in last place. Cue eventually limped off the track and his fans hoped to see him return for the 450 main. Aaron Gulley fought off Brock Leitner on the first lap for second and Gage Mast bolted pass Leitner for third soon afterward. Although the top four settled in, no one was running away with this one. Fourth-place remained in striking distance to the checkers, but nobody could make a move to gain a position. Adam Gulley clutched his fourth 250 main event of the season over his brother Aaron Gulley. Mast was third, followed by Leitner and Hussey.
“Finally pulled the holeshot in the 250 class and hung in tight in the second turn where I’ve been getting passed all weekend,” said Gulley. I rode a smooth race; was able to take the win.”

450 Pro Main Event Saturday Night
In a clean holeshot 15-lapper for the 450 Pro, Kyle Hussey led the entire race showing everyone that once he gets the lead the race is for second-place. Aaron Gulley claimed the second spot and Adam Gulley passed Sean Hackley through the whoops on lap two for third.
While the top four positions were claimed early on, the mid-pack battles were the ones to watch. Mason Eck and Micheal Wright swapped positions a few times until Wright finally shut the door on that battle for eighth. In the later laps, Gage Mast passed Brock Leitner, from Summerland, BC to claim the sixth spot. Brett Cue, made it to the line, but had another rough ride, going down at least once to finish eleventh ahead of James Brown and Brandon Goring.
“I pretty happy, I can’t complain,” said Hussey. “I’m healthy, my bikes are good. I got some new bikes and they felt good.”
