With the Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship starting this weekend, Hookit provides us with a recap on the 2014 Monster Energy Supercross season noting riders’ impact and activity in social media. Hookit tracked 96 top riders during the entire 2014 SX season that generated over two million new fans and 22 million fan interactions. James Stewart came up on top with 3,644,593 fan interactions, while rookie Adam Cianciarulo hit the top spot with a 30 percent growth in total new fans. Of the 21,731,667 fan interactions during the season, 62.8 percent came from Instagram. Both James Stewart and Chad Reed went head-to-head posting the 10 most popular photos on Instagram.
