ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS: This position will have expertise in the CSG brands. Primary focus is to assist Tucker Rocky's RSM's and Sales Reps in executing sales strategies and efforts to gain/increase market share in dealerships. Specifically, this position will identify low/underperforming Sales with CSG brands and work through RSM's to assist/train Sales Reps on features/benefits, market position to gain market share and increase sales. Position will also work closely with key E-accounts. Position will be responsible to provide sales strategies and sales & launch programs for CSG brands.
MINIMUM EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Utilize TR Dealer and other data/reports to identify low/no market penetration/sales by Sales Rep. Work directly with TR Sales Reps to achieve market penetration and sales goals for assigned products/brands. Maintain high level or product knowledge, knowledge of competition, market conditions and dealer purchase behavior/history. Help develop dealer's abilities to more effectively buy, merchandise and sell assigned products/brands from TR to their retail customers. Proactively assist Sales Reps in seeking out new business/sales opportunities. Seek out opportunities to work through dealers and reps to sell assigned products/brands including discontinued and closeout sales. Support reps and dealers' promotional effort such as open houses, booths at events, etc. Create Sales & Launch programs.
Education and/or Experience Bachelors Degree is desired. Five (5) to seven (7) years experience with assigned products/brands in marketing and sales (with a manufacturer or wholesaler) required. Experience in sales and marketing of assigned products/brands to retail buyers.
Computer Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Lotus Notes.
Other Skills and Abilities Must be able to learn and efficiently utilize an automated order entry system to the extent to be able to use it personally and instruct dealer personnel on how to use it. Familiarity with motorsport equipment and general mechanical aptitudes necessary to support routine and creative approaches to problem solving. Must have the ability to sell assigned products/brands to retailers and have effective strategies to aid retailers in selling assigned products/brands to retail customers.
