St. Louis 250SX Super Spoiler Report
Saturday, March 2, 2013 | 10:50 PMWil Hahn grabbed another holeshot after edging out Blake Wharton in the first corner. Point leader Dean Wilson got buried beyond mid-pack after a bad start, and the fight was on from there for Wilson. The Pro Circuit team had a decent fourth-place start from Justin Hill, but the rookie went down on the first lap and experienced a troubled race from there on.
Wilson somehow managed to fight from mid-pack up to fourth by the end of the second lap--the running order being Hahn, Wharton, Friese, Wilson, Musquin, Vincent, Faith, Decotis, Larsen and Freeberg. Friese started dropping back, allowing Wilson a clear track to move up on Wharton. Wilson was able to make the pass on Wharton in the seventh lap, but there was still a nice cushion between himself and Hahn. Meanwhile, Jeremy Martin made the move from outside of the top-ten into fifth place by lap eight.
From there, the attention shifted towards a newly formed battle between Hahn and Wilson. Wilson attempted two unsuccessful block passes on Hahn—one in the corner before the whoops and one in the corner after the finish line—but Hahn held strong until the checkered flag. Wil Hahn continues his win streak and now commands the East 250SX points lead.

Good for Hahn : )
I usually wait to watch the race before I read the results cuz it's pointless to watch the race when you know what is going to happen but I had a feeling that Wilbur was going to go on a tear after he got the first win outta the way. Congrats
@ jimbob while your suckin on Lilnuts 2............. Johnboy told me to tell you to get to bed ! ALONE ! LOL !
Man the 450's are real tight !
Haha sounds like Uncle Charlie had one too many Budweisers tonight eh?
Wilber, Wilber, Wilber! You are da man! Nice work Bud!
Even tho iowa boy is hatin and prolly drunk my state is coverned in snow too but who else did he have to win? Gilmore is from Iowa and I raced with him and know the Yankton boys well and wish him the best of luck but he's trying out the 450 class. Deano is tough and I like to see the "underdog" take a win. Faith is doing great things in the 250 class and that would love to c him take a win sometime.
Wil! Congrats to you and your team! Awesome race for you. Way to go.
St Louis, Where Irish travelers come to feel culturally superior
It's on like Hahn 'til the break of dawn
Dean Wilson - how over-rated can you get? He's competing against the weakest 250SX field I've seen since the 2009 East Coast series and still can't get it done.
If I were Wilson I would go easy on throwing to many block passes at Wilbur, cause he will Friese you.
Ok lets not jump on the Hahn bandwagon just yet, the championship is far from over, lets see what he's got next weekend at Daytona, if he beats Wilson there then maybe this is his year! I'd be surprised!
