Nice to see the Boss get out and play. How come Carey had no whip !
Man, I'm really rooting for Josh Hill this year. Such a talented rider, I really hope he can stay healthy beyond the first turn at A1 and put some decent results on the board.
Tickle sure has been on some nice 450s for someone not on a factory team. That header looks sick.
731chopper..... RCH is a full factory backed program... American Suzuki is american suzuki w Yoshi, then w RCH, Ricky went over American Suzuki and went straight to Japan, and got the nod from Suzuki of Japan. So in the end, Bubbas bike, Hills, and Tickles, all are the best Suzuki has to offer, with the only major difference being what trinkets the individual teams choose to use...
Does anyone really think Broc is going to twist the throttle and take chances to win in SX? The guy is docile like RD5 but without the speed and work ethic. He will not make top 5, RC4 will get pissed, broc will pout and crawl into a little shell and that will be the end.
Hill must be working for free...
I dunno pizza, Tickle really turned it around in the outdoors and he does have a lites championship under his belt. If RC's work ethics are wearing off on him I could see him in the top 5. But then again it is a STACKED field, even the top 10 guys are still going to be damn fast.
Have to disagree with Pizza. I can see Tickle in the top 5. Both he and Hill have shown flashes of brilliance (ok, tickle more than Hill), but I think this team is legit. The program is cut in half, more focused, better leadership and IMO Tickle is better than any rider they have had before. Hill is a complete crapshoot - but i'm hoping he has a breakthrough year (like Davalos hopefully using his resources to also show what he is capable of). I honestly look for some good results from this team this year and am very excited for Hill's opportunity.
I'm thinking they should have named the team Carhartt and brought in Carhartt outdoor wear as the title sponsor.. :P
Honestly tho, the team is looking good and I think RC can really help lift those guys up and push them towards consistent top 5 finishes. It's the team's rookie year, so I wouldn't put much expectation on them at this point.
Rider success is all about confidence. With RC in their corner, it just upped confidence 10 fold. Top of the line everything with factory backing. The clown show is history, they are there to start building a winning race program.
Both of these guys as mentioned before had flashes of brillance in their career. Josh is fast as hell, he's just been injury plauged and because you haven't seen him in awhile the memories of his speed have faded away. He's going to surprise the shit out of folks. He'll be a consistant top 5.
I'm not a Suzuki fan, but those bikes are very nice. Gold rims would look badass on those bikes.
On PULPMX Berlutti said Hill looked "incredible" in testing - that is coming from tickle's mechanic....
Tickle has never possessed the raw speed Hill has...Hill grew up battling with Villo and Alessi....who was Tickle battling at Lorretta's and Ponca? Anyone remember??? Crickets...
No disrespect to Ticke but really? In a depleated feild is where he earned this ride and Hill -well he better count his lucky stars and make this year happen cause if not it'll be the end of his career - as far as being on a team of this caliber anyway...
Just my opinion fella's
Wish the team a great season and especially Josh Hill. Hope he regains his once championship speed from the 2010 season.
