Jeff Ward Training Facility
Wednesday, December 5, 2012 | 4:05 PM“I am very excited to start up the training school. I have always trained a few racers on the side for fun, so I figured why not make it a full school,” said Jeff. “I am doing this with the help of my son, Brandon. We have had the idea to do this for quite a while and he has devoted countless hours working on the website and planning out the whole future of the company.”
Right now the Jeff Ward Training Facility, or JW Training Facility, is still in the begginning stage and currently holding daily training sessions at local Southern California tracks for $150 a session. They are planning to expand in the very near future and be able to accomadate a place to stay for a week long (to multiple weeks long) camp as well as have a line up of bikes available to ride for those farther away planning on coming out and staying without having to haul their bike.
“We are currently working on improving our facility,” said Brandon Ward. “We are making updates to the house and hopefully building a gym soon or possibly partnering with a current gym. Being at the location we are at, it is great for cycling, mountain biking, and pretty much any off-track training you can think of. There will be a lot of improvements and additions to the facility as we progress.”
Their next session is Tuesday December 11, 2012 at Milestone MX Park in Riverside, Ca. With Christmas right around the corner, it would make a great present! You can always contact them to set up a future date that isn’t listed on the site. You can log on to their website at www.jwtrainingfacility.com or check them out on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. There will be updates on the site soon including a calendar that has upcoming training sessions as well as a few other additions to the packages. Visit the website for more info on what is all included with a training session. If you have any further questions don’t hesitate to email them at [email protected].

This is a hard industry to survive in..... Seems as if Wardy lost some big bucks with his race team efforts, but $150 bucks a session!
I guess they had a nice new practice track just layin around after the team folded..
JWR doesnt have it anymore... couldnt keep a race team so he is gonna teach now? come on.. go back to indy racing
The Motocross Industry is better with Jeff Ward than without him. It's unfortunate that his race team didn't work out as planned, but at least he gave it a shot. Good luck on your new venture Wardy!
Geppy: Our family owns all the supercross tracks. So there is a possibility that there will be SX training in the future.
It is kind of funny that everyone thinks that Jeff Wards team failed. He was only a co-owner. It was more the name of Jeff Ward and his experience that was important. So it is in no way Jeff Wards fault about what is going on with the team. It is just a shame that his good name is being dragged through the mud due to people that have no clue who was behind that team.
Mike Kranyak is the owner of L&M racing who has repeatedly failed with every team he has been behind. So far two of the sports"Greats" that have partnered with Kranyak, Larry Brooks and Jeff Ward have had their teams fail. I see a pattern of failure starting with Kranyak.
For people who will say I don't know what I am talking about here is a direct quote
from the JWR website.
“L&M is excited to join forces with Jeff Ward. Combining our existing infrastructure with Jeff Ward’s lifelong experience in motorsport racing is really going to elevate our team to a new level,” said Mike Kranyak. “I am really looking forward to 2012 and beyond.”
So don't be so quick to put the blame on Jeff Ward. He is a true Champion and throughout all of this he has never publicly said one bad thing about what has happened. So get your facts straight before putting everything on Wardy!
Jeff Ward has forgotten more about competitive racing than just about just about any of us will ever hope to know.
I bet if you cut him, he would bleed like a checkered flag.
I hope Jeff can someday get in a position to manage a competitive team with young riders.
He is a positive influence on the sport and has such a broad racing background, even DeCoster's experience pales by comparison.
Look at his record, he's been there, done that, then did that too, then retired, started something new and did that too. then he did that other thing too.
Always competitive....Always.
When Jeff is old and in a wheelchair, stay out of his way in the line to the salad bar.
