I kind'a liked better when they could run their perment numbers.
My question is why is he riding an outdoor track......unless he's planning to go to the last couple it doesn't make sense.......should be getting a head start on the SX season. Not to mention stuffing another cool million in his pockets!

RV1 is back!! if he had raced outdoors this season, it would have been a perfect 24-0 season...IMO.

@ripdown...they always ease back into riding by doing outdoors first. Even if they get hurt during SX it is easier to start doing moto and not jump right into SX
And why don't these guys wear chest protectors. Did you see 'poto in that last shot. That could be easily avoided.
It is good to see the Champ back on his green machine, no one rides like Villopoto!! The Firecracker explodes around the corners, blasts through the whoops and his aerials are impressive!!! Well back Ryan all the best to one of the best!!!
Thanks kx408, figured that was probably the case.......just want him to come back strong. Sure didn't look like he was easing into anything in the vid but that's RV........just seems like he's mad at the track all the time........cool to watch.
RV if you raced steel city attendance would spike and tv ratings would go up and you would be more confident going into MEC, plus dude what if we needed a backup for mxon ? please ?

I don't see what RV has to lose if he races the last two nationals, he gets a chance to race outdoors, he gets a chance to run the number 1 plate... sort of. I'm sure he'd be on the podium is every moto. I don't know, seems like a win win to me.

He was just filling in for RV while he was injured. If RV does not race the lst 2 rounds, which most likely not, then Tyla will race for them. He is still in contract with PC.
@persona- From what i know Kawi hasn't signed him yet due to lack of funding for what he wants to get paid. The only place they will get the money is if Monster renews /redoes their contract with Kawi now. Monster doesnt want to resign/redo their contract now because they still have one more year left on their current contract. My understanding is that if they resign a contract Monster would have to dish out more money; that extra money would pay Villo for next year. Hopefully they come to an agreement.. If not he may not be so green next year.

So? What were the lap times of Ratray and RV? We know what Ratray did against RD, how close to Ratray's speed is RV? Is he faster? That would say a bunch about his conditioning and how his knee is coming. Ratray rides on his arches and RV rides on his balls (not with his balls), though he does. know what I mean. Will be a good Super cross season if everyone stays healthy. If not RD will win another SuperCross Title. May anyway. He is still my fav rider besides Kevin Windam. Just sayin!
