BTO Sports Amateur UpdateTuesday, July 10, 2012 | 2:00 PM
BTO Sports was proud to attend the 2012 Monster Energy Mammoth Motocross Race for the second consecutive year.
It got more exciting this year since BTO Sports’ amateur support program was in full swing. Tyler Enticknap has shown real speed winning the Open Title, and coming in a close 2nd behind Matt Bisceglia in the 450B race. It seems his training has really complimented his riding, and expect solid results from him at Loretta’s.
Axell Hodges continued his dominance by winning the Jr Open, and Jr 250 titles. Axell is a favored bet coming into Loretta’s as well. Colby Halpain, Jantz Grodzizki, Kevin Weisbruch and Cody Eaton also had notable finishes.
Aside from BTO’s Amateur Team, BTO Sports’ presence is targeted to support the motocross enthusiasts. “The fans in the pits know us for our daily race day raffles, tables full of swag, and a cool spot to simply talk motocross and hangout. Before the event, we collaborated with several different manufacturers to make the raffles possible. The fans really appreciate it and so do we. Thanks to Pro Circuit, Dubya, Fly Racing, AXO, Kalgard, One Industries, Answer, Hinson, Leatt, EKS Brand Goggles, Oakley, We All Ride, 100%, and DC Shoes who donated prizes for race awards and raffle prizes. We couldn’t do it without you.” – Mentioned BTO Marketing Director Michael Giordano.
Now that Mammoth is in the bag, BTO Sports is gearing up for the 2012 Loretta Lynn Amateur National Championships. 2012 marks the debut for the BTO Sports Amateur Team attending this prestigious race. In a continuous effort to build and solidify their team, BTO will park the race semi at the track for rider support and hospitality. Furthermore, BTO Sports would like to officially announce its latest edition to the team – Justin Summers!
For those of you who don’t know Justin, he started his career racing at age 4. Justin has achieved several national titles on factory rides ranging from Cobra, Suzuki, Team Green, and Extreme Rockstar Suzuki. Aside from his accomplishments, Justin has been left without any real help in 2012. BTO Amateur Motocross Director Greg Picklesimer said -
“We’re very excited to have the opportunity to support Justin at Loretta’s. He’s established himself as a dominant rider in the past years, and has the full potential to continue posting great results. Justin and his family are great people who we’re genuinely happy to help. Justin serves as a crucial element to our team; he has the experience and results to assist in our progression. After Loretta’s Justin is looking to start testing for the 2013 Supercross season. He’s unsure of a ride yet, however BTO is excited for Loretta’s and we’re proud to help him along in this step of his journey.”
BTO Rider List attending Loretta Lynn’s – Justin Summers, Cullin Park, Tyler Pantley, Tyler Enticknap, Jacob Knable, Colby Halpain, Jantz Grodzicki, Axell Hodges, Kevin Weisbruch, & Cody Eaton.
BTO wishes all the riders attending Loretta’s good luck, and be sure to come by the BTO rig to say hey!
