What a great bike this brand new KTM. Dungey is very fast, last year he would have won the title hadn't he remained with no fuel in one moto while leading. He would have won the 2011 SX championship as well without the derailed chain. Nobody wanted the KTM, he is now showing what a great bike can do with an awesome rider. All the rest is bar/dumb talking, he was always there when Stewart was in and it was gonna be a huge fight, nothing taken for granted, but injuries are a part of the game unfortunately.
Though i dont share the enthusiasm of Manes, but well done D man, as well as tickle- very nice rides. Go BB

And yes,
if i trained harder, road faster, had any ability, a factory ride , didn't DNF or crash i could have been the AMA 2011 Champion too.

Suzuki is in great need of some old employee's, but the exemployee's seem happy beating everyones pants off on a bike that has had no success in the USA. Ha Ha Susuckame !!!!!! Most people are not greedy they simiply know how much they are worth.
Congrats to RD for sure,, but him being the only one of the "big 5" out there simply equals snooooozefest 2012!!! Only having two of them was lean enough....losing JS just makes it really boring!!!

One thing the Stinks Is the way the Promoter or WHo~ever decide to put the Podium Off where the FANS cant get close.. That's shitty..I been to BC many many times..and It used to be Cool.,,Even seen in recent years where the "pro"s podium were is under that crappy little tent.. That is the Wrong Way to do things...Just sayin..Peace
Dungey is so cruel. He gives Alessi false hope for those first few laps, then passes him and reels off fast laps galore. You can block a fast rider for a while but if you are a legitimate title contender, you keep up if the pass is made.
Nice rides for RD5 and the Tickler....the KTM looks really good at 90% and gets better every week.....can we drop the brand new unproven crap now...thank you...its no longer new and its no longer unproven and the one you buy doesn't work like that one anyway.....@stewhatehore its hard for me to reply when you wouldn't hear me anyway with your head that far up your a*s....yeah the racings great without Havoc...i'm superpumped to watch it...yawn....@manes ...nobody wanted the KTM...what planet are you on....here on earth plenty of folks like and want the KTM...wtf. I know that and i'm a Suzuki guy and a RV fan.
I think they should air the 250's on NBC and the 450's on fuel, I fall asleep watching the 450 motos, ever since James dropped out and Dungey just cruises around and racks up wins. The 250 guys would give us better exposure to people that are not familiar with the sport, the racing is AMAZING for the entire 30+2.

There was no surprise here, without JS in the mix (and CR,RV and TC)or even my main man KW this was a snooze fest. Thank God for the 250 class, or this series would be a total bore. And can someone tell me "What happened to Georgia Lindsey"?, at least with her the interviews would be interesting!

Keep in mind that both the 2013 450 SX class and 2013 450 MX class have the potential to be the best in years. Until then, watch the 250s ....

For some reason I thought Stewart was going to be in for Buds Creek. Did I miss something?
I know that it blows to see RD win with such big margins, but you gotta give the guy props. He is winning by those margins over some pretty fast guys! Stoked to see Tickle get on the box, nice to see some different faces up there, although I wish Shorty could get it together and pull of some podium finishes.

I have every race recorded since 1991. Two stroke racing, for whatever reason, makes for much better racing. Closer battles,stuffing, etc...
Four strokes are slowly destroying motocross.

Dungey is not even all out and still killing everyone is the 450 class, those guys need to step it up or get a new profession. The only salvation is we have some fast guys on the way to that class and most of this cannon fodder will be gone in 2 years.

@claxton the so called cannon fodder would crush anyone on here posting that actually even rides and races. And fast and winning on a 250f doesnt always equal being just as succesfull on a 450.
Alessi's podium speeches are longer than his average time spent in first. Great rides but he drags them out for way to long!
look...everybody...really....first....four strokes are here to stay...seriously...they're better in every aspect...aside from that....no one cares how fast anyone can be for one lap...what counts is how fast any one single rider can be for 30 minutes plus two laps...WITHOUT CRASHING....its simple really...if you crash...you are riding over your head....pushing beyond your skill level....if you're really that good...that fast...then you should have the consistency to run like that for thirty plus two for an entire season...Stewart was not able to acomplish that...so that leaves Dungey...doing it lap after lap...moto after moto...so the fact that current motos are boring now should be a testament to the level of riding that Dungey is able to display...without question
Wrong Handlebardragger- that was in 2002- half the field was two strokes then. Your thinking of James Stewart -who raced a 125 against all 250f's in 2004.
Great racing from the 250's, Baggett still amazes me with his come from behind charges. Feel bad for Kenny Boy, but he will get at least one before the season is up. I know announcing isnt easy, and I most likely could not do a better job, but why is Jamie Bestwick announcing? I think Emig and Weege do a great job, but the things Bestwick was saying during the braoadcast, sounded like he had no idea what he was actually saying at times. Congrats to Tickle, he really impressed me with his ride. his suspension seemed to work after 20 minutes (Hey Tony Alessi).
Claxton, in any MX series the riders are spread out. You should maybe line up for a National and show the 2nd to last place riders how its done, since they are all slow losers. You say we have some fast guys moving up to the 450's in the next few years, but who is to say how well they will adapt to the bigger bike? So if JB or Deano move up and are not winning races they should hang it up? With your mentallity everyone behind RD should just quit, since every rider has been 30+ seconds back by the end of the race.
Handlebardragger, can you make anymore incorrect comments on one thread? The races were uglier without JS around? becasue you couldnt stand to watch him win?

As stated, 1/2 the field was on 2smokes in 2002 when RC went 24-0. Your favorite rider however, James Stewart was riding a 250 in 2005 against I think 39 other 450's.
Kelly Smith was also on a 250- it didn't work for him either. The 450's were better by '04- that why Carmichael switched for the outdoors. Intersting that he went back to a 250 for '05 indoors then back to a 450 for '06 indoors.
@Preston--just someone is not a fan of Stewie, doesnt make him a racist.. I hate when people act that way. It has nothing to do with his color anyway. At least for me, its his terrible attitude. Which has come a long way since he has gotten spanked for 2 years in supercross. He has this I'm a rock star tv star attitude about him. So if every black fan at a supercross race is just there to watch Stewie, are they racist??? Some people seem to think if a white guy doesnt cheer for Stewie its because of his color, so does that go both ways??
