Mark Barnett Helps Improve Lincoln Trail Motosports
01/18/12: The crew at Lincoln Trail Motosports has really gone above and beyond on their way to once again becoming one of the premier motocross tracks in the Midwest. Tim “TJ” Jackson and his son Drew have been making improvements at LTM for the last couple of years but at the end of 2011 they decided it was time for a change…a BIG change. What did they do? They called up the one…the only…Mark Barnett. That’s right…”The Bomber” was brought in to help with the biggest change of all….the track. Mark’s extensive knowledge and experience was put to the test at LTM and after all was said and done, “The Bomber” left Lincoln Trail Motosports with not one, but two tracks in his rearview mirror. In addition to the Classic Motocross track that has been in place for close to 40 years, there is now a new track…The Bomber Track. The Bomber Track has everything a rider looks for in a motocross track: slow, tight corners; fast, sweeping corners; corners that are off-camber; natural terrain mixed with man-made obstacles; and it even has some technical sections. Yes, Mark Barnett and the LTM crew, with the help of Thompson’s Motorsports and motorcycle enthusiast John Hamblin, put forth a tremendous effort and really did an outstanding job on the new track. The crew at LTM is very excited and they are looking forward to seeing everyone out on the new track in 2012! Click the following link to take a look:
