Man, I was holding Marty Smith's factory RC250. It was totally “bitchin.”
There are also photos of Gaylon Mosier breaking his leg in the 125/500 national at Rio Bravo back in 1979. He lost his life in a bicycling accident soon after and I believe he was in training after recovering from this accident.
All of the photos attached were taken with the same little 110 Kodak Instamatic.
