North Carolina's District 29 lost Earl Millsap last Friday to cancer. Earl (born August 8, 1932) owned Rolling Hills Cycle Park in Reidsville, NC. Earl fell in love with motocross in the early 70s and opened the track in 1974. He helped establish the district in 1980. He hosted ATV nationals, area qualifiers, regionals, indoor motocross, and promoted the last ever AMA Youth National before it went to Loretta Lynn's. In the late 80s he established NAME which still promotes motocross events. God speed Earl Millsap.
