1993 500CC Grand Prix World Champion 25 Grand Prix wins, 21 lap records, 29 pole positions FIM retired his signature competition number 34 - first time in the history of the sport that a rider has been so honored. Started the Kevin Schwantz Suzuki School in 2001. 2008 Red Bull U.S. Rookies Cup Coach. Today Kevin is still actively involved the sport he loves. He joins us to discuss the Red Bull Rookies Cup, his road racing school and to tell us what he thinks about the 2008 road racing season.
After two rounds of the Monster Energy/AMA Supercross Series, Monster Kawasaki rider Tim Ferry sits fourth in points. A third place finish at A1 and a tenth at Phoenix are drastically different results but there is plenty of season left for the "Red Dog" to put it all together. He joins us to check in and give us the low-down on the season so far.
Eric Saunders - Motocross Rider, Tony Stewart Racing
Eric is 15 years old and races with the Tony Stewart Racing team. His other sponsors include TORCO race fuels, Bass Pro Shops, and Suzuki. Eric ran in both the 14-24 and 125 Youth classes in 2007. He had a total of 37 wins and 46 top fives in the 2007 race season. Eric joins us to talk about his team and his plans for 2008
Chris Sackett - Sr. Marketing Manager, Bell Powersports
Chris joined Bell Helmets in 2003 after working for helmet manufacturing company for six years who primarily focused on OEM products. Chris was Bell's first hire after reaquiring the license back after a 12 year stint of being away and licensed by a European company. Now after 5 years of rebuilding the brand and spending almost four years developing the new Star Bell is ready to jump back into road racing again. Chris is primarily responsible for Bell 's motorcycle helmet product line in addition to assisting with PR and graphic development.
Mark Kalpakoff - Niks Industries
Mark has a lot of experience and history in the motorcycle industry. He is the new "Director of Muc Off" in the United States. The Muc Off brand has a range of maintenance and cleaning products for off-road and on-road motorcycles. Mark will be on to tell us about the products they offer and if we're nice to him he will let us give some away on the show.
