Cole Siebler joins Hart & Huntington Rockstar Honda SX Team
January 1, 2008 - After Josh Demuth suffered a wrist injury while training for the '08 supercross season Carey Hart's new supercross team was reduced to one. With the freshman season for the newly formed Hart & Huntington Rockstar Honda supercross team fast approaching they needed another rider. Cole Siebler is that rider. Kenny Watson, team manager for the H&H Rockstar Honda team, contacted Cole through the Wonder Warthog Racing program that had Cole listed as one of their top 450 class riders. When Siebler arrived at the race shop in Las Vegas on a Friday, just four days after first speaking with Watson, he found a full array of Fox gear in all the right sizes from head to toe. Jerseys printed with Cole's name and new national number 53 and a 2008 Honda CRF450R wearing the number 53 were also there to great him. It was easy to see this was a done deal. A committed team committed to its newest member.
Cole Siebler and teammate Troy Adams will contest the 2008 supercross series together under the canopy of the new Hart & Huntington Rockstar Honda semi with full support from Fox Racing, DVS shoes, Mike Holigan's Merge Racing, Dunlop tires, and American Honda. Cole and his family are eternally grateful for the support provided to him by the fine people at Leatt Brace whose product Cole has fully tested and proven more than enough times. Cole encourages everyone, racer and recreational rider, to use this potentially life-saving device.
This may be Wonder Warthog's fastest springboard of a rider yet since Siebler hadn't even raced under their support before getting the call to move up. That is the purpose of Wonder Warthog Racing: to help privateers make it to the races by transporting their bikes, parts, and tools from race to race and providing a team atmosphere to work in, hopefully increasing the exposure that these talented riders need.
Cole Siebler is very thankful for the support and backing of the many sponsors that have all helped to bring him to this level. This list includes but is not limited to Fly Racing, Carl's Cycle Sales in Boise, Idaho, Scott USA, Sidi boots, Renthal, and of course the Wonder Warthog Racing program and all its supporters.
