Morristown, NJ - 9/14/06 - Oxtar Boots, the most technical boot on the market, will continue its support for the 2006/2007 Boo Koo Arenacross Championships by offering sponsorship and contingency for the series.
Oxtar will offer an amateur sponsorship to the "Rookie of the Year" in both the 250f and 450f pro classes, as well as providing contingency for all of the Amateur classes on Sunday's event throughout the race series.
“Mike Kidd Entertainment Group is proud to announce the continued relationship with the # 1 Technical Boot manufacture, Oxtar, as a part of the 2007 BooKoo Arenacross Championship Series. By posting the Rookie of the Year award, Oxtar will play a big role in kick starting an Amateur racers career,” say Becky Koons, Contingency Manager for MKEG.
For more information on how you can qualify for Oxtar's contingency, please visit www.racearenacross.com. Racing kicks off in Fresno, CA in the Selland Arena, November 3 - 5.
"Oxtar recognizes that the Boo Koo Series is the nation's premier arenacross venue for both professional and amateur racers. Oxtar is committed to standing behind the athletes that compete in this event, and look forward to some great racing," comments US Sales and Team Manager Carter Olcott.
Oxtar's TCX Pro boot sets the standard for protection in high-end boots by offering the latest in ankle support technology, and is preferred by riders such as Kevin Windham and Nathan Ramsey. The TCX Pro offers the patented Torsion Control System (TCS) which allows controlled lateral and front to back bending movement of the ankle through 4 flexure points on the sides of the boots, and 2 flexure points on the heel. Simply put, the TCS helps prevent hyperextension of the ankle by providing stopping points without restricting movement.
