Umbrella Girls Display The Checkered Flag For Nasmoto
What welcomes riders to the finish like the checkered flag? Answer: Umbrella Girls in black and white checkered NASMOTO uniforms designed exclusively for North American Supermoto.
Umbrella Girls USA President Ann Asiano has already hand selected the girls that will wear the NASMOTO attire, providing all of the color, beauty and pageantry that has become synonymous with Umbrella Girls around the globe. These supermodels of motorsports will put their passion for Supermoto on display, appearing not only at all NASMOTO regional qualifiers, but also the Grand Championship at the Queen Mary in Long Beach, California come November.
The official partnership between NASMOTO and Umbrella Girls USA has its roots in the pro circuit. Ann Asiano explains, I was entrenched with the national supermoto series and have been a part of the series ever since its inception, working mainly for KTM, but also our own team, Ultimate Edge Racing, with rider Mark Burkhart. I met NASMOTO VP, Ted Baker, at the Indy Dealer show one year and discovered we shared a passion for
Supermoto. Umbrella Girls brought some pageantry to his Canadian series last year, in addition to a strong presence at NASMOTO regional qualifiers and the 2005 NASMOTO AMA Supermoto Grand Championship at Red Bull Supermoto-A-Go-Go in Reno, Nevada. Umbrella Girls USA is proud to partner with NASMOTO and fully support its grassroots effort to showcase
the up-and-coming riders in the sport.
