Andrew L from Sacramento, CA: If you were stuck on an island and could only have 3 items with you, what would those 3 items be?
I'll skip the practical answers like a toothbrush, water, food, etc. My
iPod Nano, scuba gear (okay, so it's more than one item) and a
telescope to watch the stars at night.
Allison F of Palm Desert, CA: Do you feel that bikini pictures in a "moto" magazine advertisement are appropriate?
Why not?
Jason M from Andover, MA: I am 15 years old. If you liked me and my
mom said it was cool, would you come with me to the Spring dance at my
high school?
High school is something that I think most of us would agree should
only be experienced once and is best lived in the moment. While I
appreciate your respect for your mother's opinion, I would have to pass
on the dance, but thanks for asking.
Richard W from Leesburg: What's your ideal date?
Something original. What makes a date so meaningful are the little
details that show you put thought and effort into sharing the
experience together.
Steve B from Ocala, FL: What do you look for in a man? Don't give
the cheesy standard answers. I mean do you like short, tall, thin, fat,
long hair, rich or does any of this matter?
Tall, dark and handsome. He has to have ambition, a desire to
continually better himself, but above all if he doesn't know how to
make me laugh, I'm gonna get bored.
Lou S from East Greenwich, RI: What is your favorite movie of all time and why?
I have two. "The Thomas Crown Affair" with Pierce Bronsan and Rene
Russo, I love the chemistry between them and the thought of obtaining
the unobtainable, and "The Sweetest Thing" with Cameron Diaz and
Christina Applegate. It always makes me laugh and reminds me of myself
and my friends.
Bob T from Salt Lake City, UT: You are beautiful and you have a great great body but tell me, are you smart as well?
Define smart. I haven't applied for membership to MENSA, but I attended
college on a full academic scholarship. To me, smart has always been a
combination of common sense, logic, an ability to ask questions and the
desire to learn the answers.
Thanks, Carin, and again, congratulations! We all look forward to you
coming to L.A. and doing your O'Neal photo shoot. All the tens of
thousands who voted for you are looking forward to seeing the ad from
the photo shoot as well.
