MATHILDE In February, following the Tampa Supercross, Mrs. Musquin put her own life on hold to help care for and support young French rider Brian Moreau after his devastating crash at the 250SX East Region opener. She even accompanied Moreau back home to France so he could continue his recovery with his own family. We salute her compassion and grace.
ATLANTA What can we say? Supercross in the ATL always delivers, going all the way back to the first Atlanta SX, when Bob Hannahpassed Jim Pomeroy in the last turn for the win. We’ve seen the 1990 Battle of Atlanta, Ricky vs. Reed vs. Stew, and now this year’s knock-down, drag-out battle featuring a cast of 21. The 22nd rider, Ken Roczen, was the actual winner—he just wasn’t featured much in the TV broadcast. The action behind him was that good!
