DMXS Radio Tonight: Seely, M. Stewart, Weege and SCOTT
TLD’s Cole Seely missed the entire outdoor series after sustaining some internal injuries in Salt Lake City last season, and was just recently able to get back on the bike to prepare for Anaheim. Cole was certainly ready to get back on the gate, but you never know how you’ll stack up against the competition with that much time on the couch. Cole answered that question with an impressive podium and some momentum heading into Phoenix this weekend. We’ll catch up with the funny and witty “drifter” tonight.
JDR/J-Star/KTM’s Malcolm Stewart came out of his first Anaheim race ever with a solid top five and in the hunt for the west coast title. Malcolm looked smooth and in control all day and showed early he certainly has the speed to run up front all year. He has a different look about him this season….a distinct look of confidence, and you can tell he’s going to do the work during the week to get on the box. We’ve known him a long time and always enjoy having him the show.
After months of speculation and silly season bench racing, Racer X’s Jason Weigandt is so pumped to finally have some actual racing to talk about. Anaheim 1 did not disappoint and we’ll break down both classes proper and get the latest from New Jersey’s finest.
DMXS Radio is very excited to announce that SCOTT has come on board as the official eyewear sponsor for 2013 and beyond. We couldn’t be more proud to bring on such an icon of the sport that introduced the first ever motocross specific goggle way back in 1970. Their commitment to the sport has never wavered, and we look forward to helping them continue that tradition. SCOTT’s Dien Toussaint will be joining us tonight to highlight their stellar eyewear product line and weekly listener giveaway promotions. Welcome, gang!
Our trendsetting friends at Vurb Moto have dropped another killer design for their site, so look for the show’s link on the top header to listen live tonight at 8pm EST!
