The Fox Fifty: Georgia

For this week, we head to the Southeast, the home of the Atlanta Supercross, Road Atlanta, Bremen Race Park, DMXS Radio.com, and several 125cc SX champions, plus a bonafide GP legend in Billy Liles. But here’s the thing: You won’t find Cairo, Georgia transplants like Davi Millsaps (who’s from Florida), Justin Barcia (New York) or Josh Woods (Michigan), or even the great Barry Higgins (New York native). What we have here are riders born and raised in the Peach State. You can vote for your five fastest from Georgia, and we will tally them up and post them here next week. Shae Bentley (2000 Western Regional 125cc SX champion)
Keith Turpin (1986 Eastern Regional 125cc SX champion)
Billy Liles (AMA National winner, multi-time GP winner, winning member of Team US at the ‘92 MXoN)
Matt Shue (Top ten 125cc East Coast SX rider)
Lance Newsome (Team Green 125cc Supercross rider, passed a decade ago from cancer)
Mark Crozier (Honda support rider and fast 125 SX racer)
Sean Dukes (Top local pro and SX racer)
Robbie Horton (Longtime Team Green rider, three-time Loretta Lynn’s champ)
Richie Horton (Older, and arguably faster, brother of Robbie)
