Correction: World Celebrities MX Race in Mexico

A note from Gary Vazquez:
I'm writing to clarify the situation on the World Celebrities MX race in Mexico article that you guys have posted up in the news section yesterday.
There is a race currently being planned in Guadalajara that will feature motocross and off-road trucks. There was a press conference in Guadalajara recently and this all started with a talk between Nicolas Espana (former Mexican SX/MX champion) and Sebastien Tortelli at the 2009 World Vet Championship in Glen Helen. I know because I was there helping Nicolas with translation.
I'm attaching a link for an article that was published on Mexico's most reliable website for MX/SX information, www.parquecerrado.com. It has info about the press conference and you can see in the pictures that Sebastien was at the press conference in Guadalajara. Google translate does a decent job of translating the info into English and you will get a general idea of what the event is like.
Some things that I want to clarify that might seem confusing:
1. The article says that Stefan Everts, Ricky Carmichael, Jeff Ward, etc... are scheduled to participate. As far as I know the only non-Mexican rider that is confirmed is Tortelli, and he is organizing other American and European riders to go down there and race but none of them are confirmed.
2. The event will also be used as a qualifier for Mexican vet riders who want to compete at the World Vet MX Championships in November. Last year a Mexican group of riders rented Ti Lube's racing semi along with their awesome staff and went out to race the World Vets at Glen Helen. This year they want to do it even better so they're holding qualifiers for riders who want to compete in Glen Helen.
I don't know where that Traveled Elite magazine got their info, but they sure have it wrong.
Hope this clarifies some doubts.
Sincerely,
Gary Vazquez
