Australian based, Unit is currently expanding into international markets.
"In accordance with this step comes the inclusion of high profile athletes from all over the world in freestyle motocross and supercross," says Unit Marketing Manager Paul Everest.
Having been picked up by large retailers including Pacsun in the USA and West 49 in Canada, Unit met Rebeaud during a recent trip to the States.
"Mat's style and attitude are a perfect fit with Unit and the goals we have in place."
Rebeaud's start to the 2010 season hasn't been a smooth one so far.
He crashed during a recent practice session and was airlifted to hospital, suffering a fractured arm and internal injuries, requiring surgery.
At this stage Rebeaud's injuries mean he'll miss at least the first two rounds of X-fighters in 2010.
