FMF Kentucky Indoor Motocross Championship this Weekend

Victory Sports is geared up to invade Kentucky with the FMF Kentucky Indoor Motocross Championship which will be going to THE ARENA at The David L. Williams Southeastern KY Ag & Expo Complex facility January 15 & 16, 2010.
This will be the first trip to Kentucky for this series which has been running for 17 years in Tennessee and North Carolina. “With the new year comes anew venue on this well established motocross series,” explained Victory Sports president Sam Gammon. “We have a large rider base that draws riders from 8 or 9 states at every race so spectators can expect an action packed event in Corbin".
The seriespartnership with FMF gives the series added national recognition that riders and their sponsors seek. Coming into this event 5 different pro riders from 5 different states have taken class wins. Ryan Smith from Virginia, Jacob Saylor from Tennessee, Robbie Horton from Georgia, Tevin Tapia from Washington state, and Taylor Futrell from South Carolina have scored pro wins.
It may be cold outside, but the heated arena will be packed out and warm as amateurs and pros battle it out on the professionally built race track.Each weekend the Victory Sports staff create a track that is challenging for the beginner rider and the pros. Dirt will cover the arena floor and jumps will be built that will catapult the riders high into the air and send the pro riders jumping over 2 or 3 jumps at a time. Everyone enjoys the little pee wees and the women’s class, but the high flying pros are the most amazing to watch. This is an exciting show that the entire family will enjoy.
The FMF Kentucky Indoor Motocross Championship will feature 35 different classes, 50 cc to 40+, Beginner to Pro racers, ATVs and Bikes.
The event is rounds #7 & #8 of the 16 race AMA sanctioned winter series.
