In front of 43,000 plus fans at the famous Anaheim Stadium in Anaheim California, round three of the Monster Energy SX series took place and it was a successful one for the DNA Energy Drink/BTO Sports.com/BBMX team. Team riders Kyle Keylon, Shaun Skinner and Matt Boni all experienced different results but the team came away happy with the night after all is said and done.

Boni saw himself in the 450 main event via his 7th in the first heat of the night. His night wouldn't go so well because of some freak suspension issues but Matt is one of only fifteen riders to make all three main events this year so far. Skinner was competing in the 250 class and while in 11th in the main, he went down hard and was a lap down by the time he got restarted. He would eventually go on to be scored 18th. Keylon, one of only two riders riding in the 450 class on his smaller 250F failed to qualify but is ready for his 250 debut next week in Houston. "I did ok, I'm happy with how I rode and now because of racing the 450's, I feel more then ready for my east coast 250 debut" Keylon said.

Forest Butler team manager said "Our guys were good but because of crashes and some mechanicals, we didn't have the best results on paper that we deserved. That's racing and we'll go on to Houston where Skinner will ride the 250 in the 450 class, Kyle will line up for his first east coast race and Boni will keep his streak of making the main event alive".
