Decatur, TX – KTM riders were on fire at the 32nd Oak Hill GNC Amateur National taking home 11 championship wins!

Jason Anderson, another KTM Factory Junior Team rider, earned a few moto wins throughout the week but wasn’t able to finish at 100% after a crash in the final Supermini moto sent him over the bars. Anderson was sore, but okay to ride and ended up with a respectable 2nd place finish in the 99-250F Schoolboy (12-16) Stock class and two 3rd place finishes in the 99-125 Schoolboy Modified (12-16) and 125 Intermediate Modified classes.
Another KTM Oak Hill Champion, and the first rider to ever earn a factory ride, was the legendary Barry Higgins. Higgins, who works full-time for KTM’s Amateur Support Team, earned the 50+ Championship after a hard fought battle for the win.
KTM riders dominated the 65cc classes winning all five championships. KTM had another mini bike victory in the 50 Open (4-9) class when Luke Purther took home the championship. Congratulations to all KTM riders, young and old, that took home victories at the Oak Hill GNC!
