March 24: Back in the mid-nineties, Steve Lamson was one of the most dominant riders ever on a 125, as he won the 1995 and 1996 AMA125cc National MX Championships. After some injury-plagued years, Lammy came back in 2000 and won the Hangtown National on a privateer Honda 125. Recently, he hung up his boots and put all his dedication towards being Team Manager for the MDK/KTM Team.

March 25: Happy 50th Birthday to Henry Kalisiak.

March 25: Torco Oils/Honda rider Justin Barcia could be the next big thing in our sport. Barcia is a three-time Loretta Lynn’s champ and will be looking to add a few more this year.

March 25: Johnny O’Mara (above on the left) was the 1983 AMA 125 National and 1984 AMA Supercross Champion. In addition to his titles, he was also part of four teams that won the Motocross Des Nations. Now, Johnny has teamed up with Ryan Dungey to help him with his fitness and they are going after the West Region SX Lites Championship.

March 27: Jimmy Gaddis shocked everyone in 1993 when he won the 125 West Region SX Championship for Mitch Payton’s Pro Circuit team. Then, in 1995 and 1996 he won a pair of AMA Arenacross Championships.

March 27: Bad Boy Energy Drink’s Jeff Alessi has had a tough supercross season so far in 2008. Injuries have slowed him down but Alessi will back and faster than ever in the outdoor series.
March 27: AMA Timing & Scoring's Chad "Cuddles" Rhodes.

March 28: After years of being a 125 specialist “Mad” Mike Jones decided he had to do something to prolong his career if he still wanted to make a living riding a motorcycle. That’s when the Freestyle Motocross movement came upon us. Mad Mike is considered one of the founder fathers of the sport of freestyle. In 2001, he won a gold medal at the Winter X Games and he was the first rider to win the Red Bull X-Fighters competition.
