Pole Position Raceway Expands with Fourth Facility
All-New Pole Position Raceway to Open in Las Vegas
The action-filled world of indoor karting is about to get a whole lot better. Pole Position Raceway is set to open its fourth facility this November in the Entertainment Capital of the World. The new Pole Position Raceway will be located just one mile from the center of the famous Strip at 4175 S. Arville. In addition to high-speed kart racing, the 60,000 square-foot state-of-the-art entertainment facility will include all sorts of racing memorabilia, video games, concessions, meeting & banquet rooms, and a Vegas-style V.I.P. room.
“Vegas has needed something like this for a long time,” said Brad Mark, the company’s COO. “There’s nothing like Pole Position Raceway in Las Vegas and our location could not be any better! I really think this will elevate the sport of indoor karting to a new level.”
“This is the ultimate hands-on racing experience,” said Jason Williams, CEO of Race P2R, Inc. “Aside from those who just show up and race in our arrive and drive races, we will offer a wide variety of programs including corporate team building events, birthday parties, group races and more.”
“This is a track for racers by racers, and anyone can join in on the action,” said co-founder Ken Faught. “No doubt this will be a hot spot for motorcycle racers, especially when the AMA Supercross, the U.S. Open, Mini Moto SX and EnduroCross come to town.
Those involved with Pole Position Raceway also include AMA Supercross Champs Jeremy McGrath and Chad Reed, 2004 NASCAR Champ Kurt Busch, X-Games Gold Medalist Mike Metzger, Freestyle Legend Kenny Bartram, off-road stars Randy Hawkins, Barry Hawk, Steve Hatch, and Dick Burleson,, F.I.M Motocross World Champs Greg Albertyn and Grant Langston, and three-time land speed record holder Ken Faught, among others.
