Broc Hepler set to return at Budds Creek
Makita Suzuki rider Broc Hepler will make his 2006 racing debut this
weekend at Budds Creek, the fourth round of the 2006 Toyota AMA
Motocross Series. Hepler, a title contender on his RM-Z250 the last two years, sat out the last six months after breaking his foot. The healing process was slow, as he reportedly had a bone graph that was slow to heal. Now he enters a series that has seen three winners in the first three races: Mike Alessi, Ryan Villopoto and Andrew Short. Also, word is that Hepler will be wearing Shift Racing gear, as Alloy MX, his previous gear-provider, has closed its doors.
