Third-generation GP racer Liam Everts just joined his father, 10-time world champion Stefan, and grandfather, four-time champion Harry, as a Grand Prix winner when he topped the MX2 class at the German GP at Teuschenthal.
THE DUTCH One week after a historic first-ever sweep of a Grand Prix, with Jeffrey Herlings (MXGP) and Kay De Wolf (MX2) each winning in Latvia, the flying Dutchman had a horrific time in Germany when both Herlings and De Wolf were injured, severely damaging their title hopes. Herlings scored a single point after tweaking his neck while De Wolf tweaked his knee and did not finish in the top ten.
